Self-assessment for performance review
I hate these things. I always blank on my skills and run out of space on my weaknesses. So I had some fun.
I replaced the column headings. They were somethinglike "Excellent", "Mostly Good", "Satisfactory", "Needs Improvement", "Problem", and "Unacceptable". Now they are "phat", "rockin'", "copacetic", "ruh-roh", "dude!" and "so boned".
I also added some rows for "Irony", "Triumph of pragmatism and realism over idealism and optimism", "Brutal honesty", "Appetite for destruction", and "Runs with scissors".
Beaurocratic terrorism. Yeah, baby.
