Amazing Irish band now touring the US. Cities that I recognize as having Perl Monger populations: Albuquerque, Ann Arbor, Philadelphia, New York. You want to go. You will enjoy it.

  • I actually love Irish music (I'm a big fan of stuff ranging from The New Dubliners through The Pogues and into The Chieftans), but the closest they'll come to me is Pasadena. :-P

  • Coming from Ireland I'd be more than happy to see the Dubliners retire into obscurity. Also don't get me started on the Corrs!

    For a less "traditional" taste of Irish music try A House, Blink, The Pale, The Fatima Mansions or many other obscure bands.
