I think all those are a bit hard to read. My favorite is ProFont [tobias-jung.de] (9 pt.), based on Monaco, but with more differentiation. But then Apple fixed Monaco, so ProFont is largely redundant, but I still prefer it, because I am used to it, and I like a few of its features a little better.
