We're working on the CFP this weekend, which should go up next week. Current ideas for the tracks are: Perl (including mod_perl), Apache, XML, Java, PHP, Python, Operating Systems (Linux, BSD, OS X), and Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc).
