Windows: Permissions and Ownership

[ #10490 ]

It is really annoying how difficult it is to handle permissions and ownership in Windows.

I was trying to change the permission on a drive (from Everyone to a single user and the domain/sysadmin accounts) and it's been a nightmare to fix. I've got it mostly working now thanks to Win32::Perms and related modules. Dave Roth is great and so are his books, both of them.

Of course, I would prefer a non-windows environment to administer but reality is so much different than our dreams.
