Well, the one thing I wrote in PERL, which seems as if it was anyhow memorable, was a script that would move Debian-style packages into an apt-style repository, then to build the Packages and Sources files and set the right Filename and Directory paths, in each, for the repository. The script, it was "eaten" in a bad hard-drive crash. I don't regard it as a "sign", though I haven't quite made it back/again/over to PERL, yet. I signed up, here, to comment about some comments in a journal entry, in which the author had mentioned LISP. l8r
