new spam?
I wonder if the email I just got is some new type of spam.
I certainly didn't respond to any opt-out address in a previous spam...

They've probably figured out that 5% of people receiving such a message will respond with a "Who are you? I don't recall asking to be removed from anything." Which is a higher percentage than they get otherwise.
