Apache-Test support expands again

[ #25661 ]
well, it's just baby steps at this point, but I added Apache::TestConfigParrot and Apache::TestRunParrot to Apache-Test yesterday. what this means is that if you add

  t/response/TestFoo/bar.pir

to your tests you're now good to go. well, so long as bar.pir spits out TAP.

for the moment this is only really useful for testing mod_parrot itself, but who knows...

  • I wish I may, I wish I might, I wish I could plugin new languages to Apache-Test tonight... :-)

I wish the A-T internals didn't scare me so. I've entertained the idea of that test code being pluggable for languages so I could do AxKit XSP/TT2 tests the same in Handel way without learning A-T internals everytime a new language needs to be plopped in.
