the joy of goverment
About a month ago I needed to renew the registration for my car. I popped to the town clerk and handed over the $43 which was clearly marked on the form. Today I got my form back. It seems that the price is now $50. They upped the rate after I had paid but do not honour the original price. I now need to send them another $7.
