Spring

[ #18373 ]

Last week it finally felt like spring. I was able to wear a t-shirt outdoors and I was looking forward to nice weather today so I could ride my bike outdoors for the first time this year. I had taken it off the trainer and pumped up the tires. I even treated myself to a new pair of gloves and a camelbak. I was looking forward to some sun.

It rained all damn day.

  • At long last we've sustained temperatures above 55 degrees Farenheight for more than three days. This in and of itself is cause for celebration, irregardless of whether it also rained or not, since even if I was out in said rain, I would not be wet AND cold.
  • Ah, the last four days here have been 80 deg F,
    with blue skies, and an occasional fleecy cloud high above.
    Beautiful...
