great customer feedback
I just got this message forwarded from a client who we launched their site last week. I found it quite helpful.
You web site is terrible. Is it not working??? I ask for [product] by title or category and the screen goes to a dull green. No [products] appear at all!! I am one of your clients and I have to tell you I am very disappointed. And the screen to the far right is done in color that make the words almost impossible to read. Have you even tried this site out?
