Several of the CPAN authors have made their version control available for the general public. Some for reading only some for writing.

Alias opened his repository because he does not want to get more patches

I hope one day there will be an entry in META.yml of each module describing how to get to the version control of that module.

Till then, I would like put together a list of such repositories. Here is what I know:

    It would be nice if PAUSE could be enhanced with this kind of info. URL to viewer and URL to the actual repository if they are not the same. That way it could be displayed on for example search.cpan.org and a list could be compiled for display on maybe perl.org or something.

I set up a wiki page for this on wiki.perl.org.il [perl.org.il], and added everything mentioned in this thread and some more that I could remember. I wanted to do it in perl.net.au [perl.net.au] but couldn't due to MySQL b0rkness (which I have yet to report to the admins.)
