I'm glad someone likes my Why Perl page. It was a lot of fun to write. Your entry has encouraged me to update it by adding some of our more recent clients.
Since the lists were getting too large and awkward I've also broken it into industry sectors. I think it looks a lot better now.
I'm glad to see that lots of companies in Israel are also using Perl. We're still on track then, to take over the world!;)
That is a really nice page. It covers a lot of things that I like to talk to clients about, and them some.
I've been surprised to find out that quite a few clients are still impressed when they discover the difference between an interpreted language and a compiled language, so sometimes I spend some time talking about that.
