use Perl

I am glad both of my bug-related talks were accepted and I just had another idea for a third talk. This time a lightning talk. Also about bugs. I hope they will be able to fit it in the schedule in the last minute.

My titles are:
Debugging Perl - using the available debuggers
I have already given a preliminary version of my talk on the last meeting of the Israeli Perl Mongers. People liked it very much...

... and told me to replace most of it by something else :-)
