I don't get it ... What's the problem? Parrot is still "aimed at supporting all dynamic languages"--even ones that don't yet exist. Just because there is no viable implementation of a particular language that runs on Parrot now doesn't mean anything in particular.

How about "Living Perl"? It puns a few good ways. :-)

This sounds like one place where svn:externals can be put to good use. You could make an "umbrella repository" that gets all of the proper revisions of all the required pieces and to the outside universe, it'll be just a single "svn checkout".
