Just in case you like to know, I'm currently full-time father of 2 kids, half-time Perl hacker, sort-of DJ, bicyclist, no longer dreadlocked and 33 years old
I'm also head of Vienna.pm [pm.org], maintainer of the CPANTS [perl.org] project, member of the TPF Grants Commitee [perlfoundation.org] and the YAPC Europe Foundation [yapceurope.org].
I've got stuff on CPAN [cpan.org], held various talks [domm.plix.at] and organised YAPC::Europe 2007 in Vienna [yapceurope.org].
Vienna.pm Winter of Code
YAPC::Europe 2007 left Vienna.pm with quite a lot of money. We want to give part of this money back to the Perl community by hosting the Winter of Code (with apologies to Google...).

For those too lazy to follow links, here's the super-short summary:
- We have about €20,000 to spend.
- ~ €6,000 will go into various kinds of awards.
- ~ €5,000 will be paid for fixing TODO tests.
- we will pay for weekly p5p summaries.
- the rest will go either into more bounties or be donated to the grant programm of TPF.
