Just in case you like to know, I'm currently full-time father of 2 kids, half-time Perl hacker, sort-of DJ, bicyclist, no longer dreadlocked and 33 years old
I'm also head of Vienna.pm [pm.org], maintainer of the CPANTS [perl.org] project, member of the TPF Grants Commitee [perlfoundation.org] and the YAPC Europe Foundation [yapceurope.org].
I've got stuff on CPAN [cpan.org], held various talks [domm.plix.at] and organised YAPC::Europe 2007 in Vienna [yapceurope.org].
I'm an uncle!
On Saturday evening (19:04, to be exact) I became an uncle!
It came a bit as a surprise, as the birth was scheduled three weeks later, but babies have an interesting tendency of not caring to much about schedules.
In fact, it was quite funny: We (my brother, my kids and I) were at a gaming convention, when his mobile rang and his girlfriend said something like "I think it might start now...". My brother went slightly pale, grabbed his stuff and hurried to the subway...
Everything went OK, he got to his girlfriend and they arrived at the hospital in due time.
Here is a picture of Barbara (my girlfriend) and me holding Julian and beeing very happy that we can just hold a baby without going to the changing-diapers/sleepless-nights thing again.
