Silly cpan trick

[ #11872 ]
Dan's rule #2 of the internet: you can always get a return result by submitting "lesbian" to any search engine.

Testing my theory on CPAN, I now get to ponder how it came up with CORBA-MICO.

Can you tell I'm avoiding work on Net::SCP::Expect?

  • The author's name is "Logvinov", which has the same Soundex code as "lesbian". From an earlier discussion (which I can't find -- maybe it wasn't on use.perl.org), it seems that search.cpan.org does a Soundex search on the author section if it can't find anything else (or maybe always, though I'd expect that to lead to more frequent weird results).
