Dex dilemma
If you live in Washington, please go slap Glenn Blackmon for me.
Being a conspiracy nut, I can't help thinking this guy is playing some kind of angle in order to get kickbacks from someone. I actually emailed Kris Hudson, the author of the article, a few questions including, "Has anyone from a Utilities Commission ever previously suggested that a company was better off going bankrupt?".
