So, as I reported yesterday the Wireless card did fit in my PC. The next problem is, of course, that Linux doesn't recognise it. A quick google reveals nothing that would indicate that anyone has got it working.
I've got so used to hardware having good support under Linux that it comes as quite a surprise when things don't Just Work. I know I should be checking compatibility before I go shopping, but sometimes (ok, usually) I just get lazy.
So the Belkin F5D7000 needs to go back to the shop. Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar product that will work under Linux?
