I'm doing three (count 'em three) talks at YAPC::NA this year. I'm excited. I'm also nervous, that means I'm writing three (count 'em three) talks before June 1.
At 22.5 minutes each, this shouldn't be a problem.

I remember richardc [perl.org] doing last minute additions to our talk the night before our talk at YAPC::Europe last year. Just In Time Talk Writing. It's the new craze;-).
Of course, mirth (richardc's laptop with our talk on it) decided it was a good idea to die at that point. This is why it's important to have backups;-). Lucklily I was able to make the changes to the version on my machine at the last minute okay (though I think richardc lost some
