Last night I got just about the right amount of sleep. Problem is, my brain just churned on through the night. I'm currently in mjd's Tricks of the Wizards talk.
I can't decide if five hours is exactly right or not. I have a long-standing love/hate relationship with sleep; I feel it's a waste of time, but I also notice I perform poorly when I miss a night.
Five hours is a compromise I can live with, but my sleeping is so erratic I don't know if it would work yet.
