Tip for recruiters
If you're sending someone a job ad, and part of it mentions the need for fluent English, at the very least try to get that sentence right. M'kay? :-)

It's funny, but technically they could be wanting to hire someone for a skill they themselves are not fluent in. Like development, for example. :)
