Last Monday we tried making a reservation in a hotel for LPW.
After filling in all the data (credit card number included) on the hotel web site and pressing the button, my data was in fact submitted, but the page I got back was completely blank.
I waited a couple of hours for a confirmation email, since I had filled my email address too.
I sent them an email inquiring about my reservation.
Four days have passed and no answer yet.
I tried phoning them.
I'm answered by a machine:
- If you want to book an individual room, press 1
- If you want to book a double room, press 2
- If you want to book more than 10 rooms, press 3
One of the options is probably to speak to a human person, but the voice is so mechanical that my not-tuned-for-English-at-the-moment hearing can't quite make it out.
Now I sent them a fax.
