Flights for London (LPW) booked

[ #27541 ]

Vacations are schedulled and flight is now booked.

We'll be departing from Oporto on the 25th, and leaving London on the 28th.

This means we'll have a bit of Friday to ourselves (arriving on Heathrow at 17:50), Saturday for LPW, Sunday to hang around, and Monday to get up early to catch a plain at 07:25 :-)

The only downside to all this is that the plain goes through Madrid; total duration for the flights is 4:30 - 5:00 ;-(

  • It seems to me like you have a serious addiction to Perl conferences. How many did you go to in the last 2 years? Many, I'm sure.
    • Not as many as I'd like...

      Just the Perl conferences:

      2004: YAPC::EU::2004, LPW 2004
      2005: YAPC::NA::2005, YAPC::EU::2005, Euro OSCON (well, OK, not really a Perl conference, but with a Perl track)

  • Hmm, is Madrid in a level or mountainous area? Will the plane in Spain stay mainly on the plain? (Note the spelling of the flying vehicle is (aero|air|)plane, rather than plain.)
