I keep asking that in interviews at work recently. It's entirely dispiriting to count the number of blank looks I get in return.

  In fact I only ask if I already know the answer. And there will be a nice effect on the people who go to the subset of those sessions, particularly when they can't see who is asking.
  right, I should get someone else to ask the next time.
