Everything has a positive side
I'm convinced that the fact that there was no bus leaving Viana before midnight, the fact that I started doing my journey by train and later headed back to Viana because of having lost the connection train and having to do the journey Viana -> Lisbon by car has a positive side.
That positive side will probably be driving all the way back on Saturday morning, which will mean I won't have any to worry about hours and schedules on Friday night, and that I'll probably spend some more time with Ângela on Saturday.
Everything has advantages and disadvantages, you just have to look for them.
I mean... even batteries have a positive side.
