Lesson number 1

[ #22342 ]

(should have posted this the first time I went to Brazil, but apparently forgot)

When inside a taxi, if you're not in a hurry, do not pretend to be.

Our result: 9 red lights, 8 green ones.

  • Ah, but how many of those red lights did the cabbie stop for?
    • None!!! That was what I was trying to say! (guess I wasn't successful)

We passed 17 lights, 9 of which were red, and we didn't stop for any of them!!

And there was a point when I thought "How the hell is the cab going to pass between that truck and that construction site?" ...and I still don't know how it did :-|
