POD
A long, long time ago, I made some documentation for an internal product of ours... I used POD and some inspiration from the Perl manpages :-)
Finally (almost a year later), my boss took the time to look at it all (POD, manpages, HTML and PDF versions, etc)...
Me: It's cool, isn't it?
Boss: It's *very* cool!!
