First of all, SEPLN stands for Sociedad Española para el Processamiento del Lenguage Natural (Spanish Society for Natural Language Processing).

For the third year in a row, Alberto and I were the only Portuguese people in it (but not the only ones coming from Portugal, though).

I got to see a lot of neat things, meet a lot of interesting people and review some old friends :-) Unfornately, though, the conference this year lasted only one day, as it was held during the same week and city as ACL :-(

Next year, XXI SEPLN in Granada :-) I hope this time I'll have at least one paper finished in time O:-)
