Not that I'm expecting to receive a present or anything (my birthday is only in August ;-) ), but I created a small wishlist on Amazon :-)

    Judging by your wishlish, I'd say it's rather accurate :-)

    • Those are not *all* the books I want, but they are the ones I thought to be
      most likely to be offered by someone unknown :-) Also, they are the ones I would like to get presently :-)

      The complete list would include about 10 books on karate, 20-40 sci-fi books,
      several fiction stories, etc, etc, etc :-)

      (btw: I apparently have about 10 books at home that I haven't read yet... and
      one of them is a Perl book :-) )
  • I find it very interesting that you can look at a list of books that someone wants... and not be able to tell which one they want the most.

    (I didn't see that as an option for the sorting.)

    And, imagine what Amazon could do with that kind of data...
