JAPH. (That's right -- I'm not Really Inexperienced any more.)

I'm not just here, I'm here [perlmonks.org], and here [javajunkies.org] too, I ramble randomly in my philosophical blog [blogspot.com] and my other blog [blogspot.com]. Soon I'll come in a convenient six-pack.

Every Journey

[ #825 ]
Fast update.

I'm poring over the FAQ I just printed out.

One of my problems with the intellectually elite section of the web is that there tends to be so much information that it's difficult to even know what the hell you're looking at sometimes.

However, based on my tiny amount of experience, this was an actual manpage, I believe. It's the CGI.pm stuff, and I hope to God it's the right thing for me to be looking at, because I am.

I'm going to spend the night going over it and get some sleep; tomorrow, full steam ahead (as long as my SO doesn't get to the computer first).

For now, if anybody reads this and has a better suggestion than the CGI.pm FAQ, and it's a free suggestion, suggest away. I'm rather poor right now, so another book purchase is out of the question. (Currently I have Cookbook, Nutshell, and Learning. I have Perl coming out of my ears.)

Tomorrow I should have something interesting to report; hopefully I'll have the inventory file formatter kluged together and ready for debugging. If so, details will land here.

Ta ta for now.
