HTML::Template For Dummies

A little tweaking here and there, just to make the layout visually tolerable (although my concept of visually tolerable is very different from most).

I still don't even know if Mike will let me use HTML::Template. There were no explicit rules about using CGI.pm for all HTML generation or something, and he never said "no other modules, either," or something, so I'm thinking it'll be a non-problem.

As if it's related, I note the Red Meat Construction Kit can provide hours of fun for the easily amused or the fruitfully bruised.
