I figured out how to use the SVN plugin for Eclipse and the only SVN repository I know of has shut down (or somehow been moved somewhere else).
Sigh. Okay. Probably got shut down due to lack of interest (the last time I was at the XP Training thingy, it seemed like nobody else had visited for quite a while). I need to check with chromatic to be sure, but it's probably gone.
