JAPH. (That's right -- I'm not Really Inexperienced any more.)

I'm not just here, I'm here [perlmonks.org], and here [javajunkies.org] too, I ramble randomly in my philosophical blog [blogspot.com] and my other blog [blogspot.com]. Soon I'll come in a convenient six-pack.

Derangement

[ #17759 ]
What would possess someone to think that there's a way to represent -- using generated graphic images -- what food items are still processing within one's guts?

More on this later, assuming my intestines don't leap through my neck and strangle my brain to prevent me inflicting my horrific notions on the world.

  • I'm sure Edward Tufte would have a field day with a problem like this.
    • A small but persistent and unremovable portion of my brain is now obsessed with this idea, which means eventually I must attempt to bring it to fruition. Sigh.

Sadly, I can actually imagine people using it as a diet tool of some form, as if seeing the food balled together in a pile graphically will somehow make it less appetizing to eat.
