It seems my last post "What do you hate most about your language?", got picked up by part of the Python crowd.
They actually complain about some of the same stuff the non-Python crowd hates about Python. It's not that Python is a bad language or that its users don't get it. They're just like us, except that they use Python. We're all in this together.

And by that I mean Guido was too sick and twisted to contribute to Perl. Sad.
Of course, it's possible some good may come out of Python, or perhaps I should say out of Perl's interaction with Python.
