Elaine is a?evil

[ #24046 ]

Recently Elaine posted a recipe for sticky buns (or whatever the finnish word is), and I figured I'd give them a try.

Holy shit! These things are crack!

Like she says, the directions only look complicated, but are in fact really easy. Even my practice run today was good, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way.

I'm going to try again this week, and again next week. What else I am going to do with the heavy cream I now have? I can't buy just two tablespoons of it after all!

I always prefer just drinking it straight.

    Did I mention I have a cholesterol problem? :)

Sticky buns are an old favorite. Luckily for my waistline, my wife hasn't made them in a while, but yes, they're more time-consuming than difficult. It may be time to teach daughter how to make them for Xmas presents ...
