用GMS MODEM发短消息到小灵通
使用PDU格式发送.

手机到小灵通的注意事项:
PDU格式,一定要加上短消息服务中心地址
PDU格式注意事项:
1. AT+CMGS的长度,是指不包含SCA的长度.
2. 不包含完整的SCA则直接使用00表示.会使用SIM卡的短消息服务中心
3. +号前缀的号码,代表了是国际号码,没有则表示是国内的.分别用91和81表示
4. 可以接收对方的读取状态
