Last night EasySpace deleted my account for grango.org, the one that I use for all my Open Source stuff, including my CPAN Testers sites. I've had problems with EasySpace ever since they bought out NicNames a few years ago, and after the last debacle with my mail for my missbarbell domain, I shifted that to Simply.com. However, as I was only using the DNS service I left grango.org where it was, it would seem that was a mistake.
I've been on the phone to them and they should have the DNS reinstated this afternoon. After that I now plan to move the domain away too.
It's such a shame, as NicNames were a good company, taking pride in their customer service. I just hope Simply.com never get into the same situation.
