The problem with organising a conference, is that once you get close, it kind of takes over. Work and Family have been taking up the other parts of my life. It's meant I've put usual Perl stuf to one side, including writing up my experiences at YAPC::NA, LUGRadio and the final part of The World Tour. They will happen, but probably in a weeks time when I have a bit more time to sit and think.
It's also meant there have been several people emailing me about modules, particularly Mail::Outlook. They want help that I just don't have the time to respond to. I've been surprised at how many questions I get about that module, so may start up a mailing list for it at some point. It frustrates me as I want to get the time to fix issues and add a few enhancements myself.
Expect some regular tidbits over the next few weeks about the conference, as we get through the final organisation pieces.
