CPAN Testers Statistics - Feb 2006

Site updated. A few fixes and a slight modification to the way address mapping data is stored. I've also managed to map a whole bunch of addresses with a new script to help manage the task. It does what I was doing manually in a few hours, in just a few seconds. Nice.
