His nearest rival, Sébastien Aperghis-Tramoni, has some way to go to catch up. Although seeing as both Jost and Sébastien have been submitting for several years, relatively new CPAN Testers Yi Ma Mao and Yen-Ming Lee are making pretty good work of overtaking the two leaders.
I've also finally packaged the code and database, so for those that were interested, you can now see how the site is created. I'll get around to writing better documentation at some point. There are no tests as yet, mainly because the code is in the scripts, rather than abstracted into modules. Seeing as it's just me running the site, and I don't see much use for the scripts for anyone else, the tests are a low priority. But feel free to submit them if you feel moved to create some
