Seeing as there are only a handful of active social Perl Monger groups in the UK, last year it crossed my mind to visit them all. I visit London every so often anyway, but with friends and collaborators in Belfast, Edinburgh and Milton Keynes that I don't get to see very often, they were definitely on my list. However, I'm now trying to track down other groups to see when they hold their social meetings. Nottingham is looking good, but others seem very quiet at the moment.
A few of the other members of Birmingham.pm will be joining me (mostly for Belfast, London and Milton Keynes I think), so it should be a fun adventure.
