UsePerl on CPAN

[ #24258 ]
Sometime ago I sent a patch to IDORU for WWW-UsePerl-Journal. Unfortunately as Russell doesn't do Perl these days he never got around to implementing it. I had my own patched version so wasn't too worried. In September last year, I met up with Russell at YAPC::Europe. In one of our conversations, Russell mentioned I was welcome to take the module over, as he really didn't have the time to work on it any more. As the format of the links have changed on use.perl, it now means the tests in the distribution don't work. So I got back in touch with Russell, and I'm pleased to say I am now the current maintainer of the distribution.

Fixes to both WWW-UsePerl-Journal and WWW-UsePerl-Journal-Thread are on their way to CPAN.
