Open Clipart
Some time ago I found OpenClipart.org, a clipart library with a public license, based on SVG art. Is is bounded to FreeDesktop and both to Sodipodi and InkScape.
I think this is a good initiative and, there I am trying to help with some Perl code (no, not in the web-site... it is all PHP
an endless discussion thread about what features to include.
