XML::RSS::Tools 0.15

[ #23064 ]

I gave up trying to fix the problems in my module, and just disabled tests and filled it full of warnings. Until the problem in XML::LibXML is fixed, I can't do much.

Actually I'm going to write a test case, so I can test the problem on various systems, I have a version of XML::LibXML that is too old to support catalogs, one that works okay, and one with the bug. Even if this doesn't help fix things, it'll help me work around the problem more precisely.

The build process should work better now, URI changed it's API so that caused tests to fail, now that's worked around okay. Not that anyone reported this as a bug...

I was going to give up with the module, since Firefox got native RSS feed support I can't see much need for RSS->XHTML transformation tools. Since I discovered that Urchin used it I thought I'd carry on, for at least a while anyway.
