We want you!

[ #11967 ]

We still have an open position for a permanent job at work. The job description is over on jobs.perl.org here. I wrote part of it under a heavy cold, and "management" added the fluffy rest - so it's a bit wooly as descriptions go.

What it boils down to is that we want a Perl/Apache/Linux/Unix hacker with web middleware experience. I'm confident that there are lots of good people out there with these skills, but because of my XML interests we'd also like someone with a good basic grasp of XML. I believe that lots of excellent unemployed Perl Hackers out there are suitable, however not many of them live near Basingstoke which is the biggest problem.

If you know anyone seeking permanent employment, with a dull manufacturing company, in a nice part of Hampshire UK, let them know. I'm not privy to the salary level, so I don't know if this is an issue or not.
