Leon Brocard (aka acme) is an orange-loving Perl eurohacker with many varied contributions to the Perl community, including the GraphViz module on the CPAN. YAPC::Europe was all his fault. He is still looking for a Perl Monger group he can start which begins with the letter 'D'.

Weekly DV

[ #9504 ]
I had some fun with stop-frame animation last night. Weekly DV is an interesting idea: they give you an idea every week and you produce a DV movie in less than four hours about it. At the end of the week they reveal all the movies. The theme this week is the 80s, and my entry is Home Alone (Quicktime, MPEG4). ObPerl: The titles were generated with Image::Imlib2.

In the 80s everyone had robots, right?
