Sure it's got the usual meaning: "Having the constituent parts massed or crowded together; close; compact". I don't want to rain on your parade but at least on this side of the pond it also means "Stupid; gross; crass".

the phrase is 'mighty white of you' which I gather to mean generous but with the obvious racial connotations, I'm not so sure.
