Leon Brocard (aka acme) is an orange-loving Perl eurohacker with many varied contributions to the Perl community, including the GraphViz module on the CPAN. YAPC::Europe was all his fault. He is still looking for a Perl Monger group he can start which begins with the letter 'D'.

Mmmmm, I like cookies. Oh no, wait: Different type of cookies. At work I needed to know details about cookies, which caused to me to check out Persistent Client State HTTP Cookies. Not only is this the original cookie specification (how did we ever survive without cookies?), it's hosted on, it says "Preliminary Specification - Use with caution", mentions that cookies are named "for no compelling reason" and it uses (and CUSTOMER=WILE_E_COYOTE and PART_NUMBER=ROCKET_LAUNCHER_0001) in the examples!
